Huainan Yiheng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2023 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its headquarters is located in Maoji Experimental Zone, Huainan City, Anhui Province. It is a new energy company that integrates the research and development, production, and sales of photovoltaic cells and modules as an integrated solution. The company focuses on the technological innovation of heterojunction and heterojunction/perovskite tandem solar cells and modules, always advocating the concept of "carbon neutrality", leading the high-quality and low-carbon development of new energy technology, and making unremitting efforts for the "green mountains and clear waters" of the global village.

The total investment of this project is about 6.6 billion yuan, with a planned total land area of about 538 acres. The first phase will build a 2.4GW high-efficiency heterojunction tandem solar cell production line and a 100MW perovskite tandem solar cell production line.

Technical Advantages

Huainan Yiheng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. has introduced a leading R&D and mass production technology team in the domestic photovoltaic industry, including 80 people with doctoral, master's, and bachelor's degrees or above. The team has 11 years of experience in research and mass production, with an average efficiency of over 25.7% (ISFH standard) for mass-produced heterojunction solar cells, component power of over 745 watts, efficiency of over 22% for mass-produced large-area perovskite solar cells, and efficiency of over 27% for 166 size tandem solar cells. This project plans to use G12 half wafers (210mm * 105mm) with market competitiveness in the future, pre cutting half wafers at the wafer cutting end to reduce efficiency losses caused by half wafers at the component end. Clean and fluff the silicon wafers that meet the requirements, and then deposit silicon films and TCO films on the front and back of the fluff made silicon wafers. Shape the electrodes and finally produce heterojunction solar cells.

Product Introduction: Heterojunction+Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells

HJT is the "third-generation mainstream technology" for photovoltaic cells, also known as the "ultimate platform level technology" for photovoltaic cells. In terms of battery structure, heterojunction solar cells use N-type silicon wafers as substrates. There are significant differences between heterojunction solar cells and second-generation cells in terms of cell structure, process routes, and equipment, making them technically disruptive. Heterojunction+perovskite tandem solar cell is the "3.5th generation technology" of photovoltaic cells. Its cell structure is a combination of heterojunction solar cells and perovskite solar cells, which are connected in series through a TCO film layer; The upgrade of heterojunction solar cells to "heterojunction+perovskite" tandem solar cells not only utilizes the high efficiency characteristics of HJT, but also further improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the cell through the wide spectral absorption characteristics of perovskite, without causing sudden changes in the process routes and equipment of heterojunction related parts, thus perfectly connecting the technological transformation of photovoltaic cells.
