Huainan Yiheng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established in September 2023 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its headquarters is located in Maoji Experimental Zone, Huainan City, Anhui Province. Yiheng is a new energy enterprise dedicated to the research and development, production, and sales of photovoltaic cells and modules, committed to providing integrated solutions.
The company is committed to technological innovation in heterojunction high-efficiency solar cells, heterojunction/perovskite tandem solar cells, and modules. We are committed to promoting the industrialization process of silicon/perovskite tandem solar cells, leading the innovation and breakthrough of large-area silicon/perovskite tandem modules technology, and laying a solid foundation for the photovoltaic industry to open up a new era of high efficiency and low cost!
Our project uses G12 half silicon wafers to form a textured surface through cleaning, and then deposits silicon films and TCO films on both sides of the silicon wafer. Finally, the electrode is formed using metallization pattern technology to complete the production of heterojunction cells.
The total construction area of our company is about 243500 square meters, with a planned total land area of about 538 acres and a total investment of 6.57 billion yuan. It will be constructed and put into operation in two phases.
The first phase of the project involves the construction of a 2.4GW high-efficiency heterojunction solar cells production line and a 100MW silicon/perovskite tandem solar cells production line, with an expected annual sales revenue of approximately 1.6 billion yuan; The second phase of construction includes a 7.6GW high-efficiency heterojunction solar cells and a 400MW silicon/perovskite tandem modules production line, as well as supporting facilities such as factory buildings and office buildings. It is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of approximately 4.988 billion yuan.
